I’m a licensed holistic esthetician, certified health & wellness coach, and certified personal trainer with over 8+ years of experience helping clients create balance in body, mind, and soul.
My journey into facial massage began with a simple realization: we spend so much time training our bodies, yet we often overlook the tension and emotions stored in the face, neck, and jaw. Once I discovered how deeply fascia connects the entire body—from the feet to the face—everything shifted. I saw that true rejuvenation isn’t just skin-deep; it begins within the body’s interconnected systems.
Through months of advanced training in facial massage and myofascial therapy, I developed my own integrated approach that blends anatomy, energy work, and emotional release.

After your facial massage, it’s important to treat your skin with care to prolong that fresh, radiant glow. Start by drinking plenty of water — hydration supports lymphatic flow and helps your body flush out released toxins (that’s why I always offer water after your session!).
Allow your skin to rest by avoiding makeup and heavy skincare products for at least 24 hours, and cleanse gently with a mild, non-exfoliating cleanser. Follow with a light, nourishing moisturizer to seal in hydration, and don’t forget to apply SPF daily to protect your renewed skin.
For the next 24 hours, try to skip saunas, steam rooms, and intense workouts, giving your skin and body time to fully integrate the benefits of your treatment. These simple steps will help you maintain your results and keep your natural glow shining longer.
